When you submit this form, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions and all others relating to this website. Surfingroadtrip.com reserves the right of admission in terms of who may advertise on the website and no reason whatsoever needs to be given should any application be declined. Any amounts or advertising fee will be refunded in this event. PAYMENT 1. First payment is due on the day your advertisement is posted on surfingroadtrip.com, and annually thereafter. 2. Payment can be made by electronic transfer, or direct bank deposit. Bank details will be given to you. 3. Price that needs to be paid is dependant on which option was selected by the advertiser. TERM AND TERMINATION This agreement shall commence when the advertisers advertisement is published on the Surfingroadtrip.com site and continues for indefinite periods of 12 months until terminated by giving 30 days written notice prior to the aniversary date. CANCELLATIONS POLICY Payment is due at the beginning of each new period. If during a period the advertiser(you) decides to cancel the contract and no longer wish to advertise on surfingroadtrip.com, the full paid &/or due amount from the beginning of that period, is forfeited. GENERAL This terms and conditions cannot be altered in any way unless by the owners of Surfingroadtrip.com. Any unauthorised alterations shall be ignored.
